The GM-V series is a submicron vertical follow-up grinding machine, equipped with options such as high-speed high-torque direct-drive torque table, orthogonal B-axis, and non-orthogonal B-axis. It provides ultra-high precision multi-process machining solutions ranging from follow-up machining, turning-milling-grinding compound machining to multi-axis linkage machining.
● Machine Bed : HT300A high-strength dense castings, integral cast machine bed.
● B-axis : Torque motor direct drive technology + high-precision encoder, compact structure, featuring high rigidity, large torque, high precision, with optional non-orthogonal B-axis.
● Tool Magazine : 8/16/32-position ATC umbrella-type tool magazine optional, fast tool change.
● Turntable : High-torque high-precision direct-drive torque turntable (optional hydrostatic direct-drive turntable).
● Tool Spindle : Maximum speed 24000 rpm, maximum torque 340 Nm high-precision HSK turning-milling-grinding electric spindle; optional locking mechanism, capable of turning function.

The GM series is a composite grinding machine integrating submicron turning and grinding.
