1. Bed and Column
● Column with equilateral triangular structure, arranged with multiple layers of stiffeners to enhance machine stability;
● Positive T structure bed, X-axis stepped layout, increased linear guide span, rigid support;
● Uses high-strength Rexroth roller guide rails, high load capacity, stable precision.
2. Spindle
● Equipped with 6 high-rigidity bearings;
● Outer diameter 190mm Taiwan original BBT50 spindle;
● Spindle end with labyrinth air blowing device to protect the spindle;
● Spindle equipped with ring spray to improve machining quality, standard FANUC high torque wide-range motor βi1P30/8000, stronger heavy cutting capability.
