YSBD-130 Horizontal Boring and Milling Center Structural Features:

1. Tool Magazine Structure

● 40 and 60-tool rail-type tool magazine. The magazine uses a private servo tool storage transmission to improve overall tool change efficiency.

 

2. Spindle Structure

● The spindle adopts European-style structural design. High rigidity, high speed, low vibration:

● Spindle low speed with high torque resistance.

 

3. Dual exchange worktable / Four-axis rotary table

● The worktable uses an extra-large grinding wheel, combined with dual turbines and worm gear backlash elimination structure to ensure precision.

Counterweight structure

The Y-axis adopts a box-in-box high rigidity left-right symmetrical structure;

The Y-axis uses 4 linear guides with 2 in front and 2 in rear for high rigidity, high precision, and long service life.

Uses servo variable frequency hydraulic station, hydraulic cylinder counterweight reduces axial load, extending service life.

Transmission Structure

Casting Structure Design

X and Z axis transmission adopts direct coupling transmission, stable accuracy, eliminates backlash, improves torsional rigidity, and allows angular displacement;

Y-axis adopts direct coupling transmission, combined with German reducer, to improve better torque rigidity.

The linear guide installation surface and screw center are on the same plane, making screw transmission more stable and ensuring overall machine tool accuracy stability.
